The official language of the Congress will be English with simultaneous interpretation. The presentations can be oral or posters. The short papers (Maximum 1500 words) should be submitted electronically to the Email address: congress@ocasia.org
The length of the file should not exceed 3 A4 size pages (single spacing) with Times New Roman for font and 12 for font size including pictures, tables and bibliography.
The deadline for the submission is 31.10.2008. The best research papers or oral presentations and posters will be awarded at the closing ceremony for the first and second of each category.
Each person may send 2 papers provided that they are for 2 different themes
No registration fee is charged. However participants are responsible for their own traveling expenses including board & lodging as well as air tickets.
